At The Tiling House, we aim to provide quality products and excellent service. Please read our return policy carefully before making your purchase.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We accept exchanges or store credit only for eligible materials returned within 7 days of the original purchase date.

A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging and in saleable condition.

Excess Tiles

Returns of excess tiles are accepted at the discretion of The Tiling House and are subject to the quantity being returned.

Approved excess tile returns will incur a 30% handling and restocking fee.

We reserve the right to decline excess tile returns where quantities are insufficient, products are discontinued, special-order items, damaged or not in resaleable condition.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Special order or custom products.

Clearance or sale items.

Adhesives, grouts, sealers, and other installation products that have been opened or used.

Products that have been installed, damaged or altered after purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon collection or delivery. Any damaged, defective or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Eligible returns will be provided as an exchange or store credit only, subject to the conditions above.
